• Have long term openings. If we stay till 3/12 it’s $420/mo but staying past that is $400-550. Electric is extra.
• basic sites in new area with no patio or shade
• standard has more shade
• deluxe has no one behind you
• premium has no one at front door
• they perform background checks but no cost to us
• $200 deposit for long term (150 for site + 50 elec)
